The 5-Watts RMS 1 x 6.5-inch Laney LR5 is the smallest guitar combo amplfier of the Laney Linebacker range. The Laney Linebacker LR5 guitar combo amp provides a single guitar channel featuring the same 11 amp models as the other Laney Linebacker combo amps, but adds a Mic / Line channel and battery powered portability. The Laney Linebacker LR5 combo amp ships with a carry strap, when you're not carrying the amp the strap doubles up as a guitar strap.

The Laney Linebacker LR5 guitar combo amplifier is very easy to use: plug your electric guitar into the amp channel, select an amplifier model from the included 11 models, tweak the Contour and Presence EQ controls, dial in 2 effects per channel and play. Two banks of effects are provided by the Laney LR35 combo, Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, and Tremolo modulation effects and Delay / Reverb effects. Every amp model stores the chosen effects and setting instantaneously. For each amplifier model you can select a different effects combination and this is recalled as soon as you select that amp model the next time.
